Welcome to the Fire Fighters Kitchen. My name is Jerry Smith, and I have spent the last 20 years working as a Firefighter Paramedic.
In my 20 years of service there is one question that is asked at the beginning of every shift, “What’s for Dinner?” From traveling and working at various Firehouses, the one thing I’ve noticed is that after a long day of fighting fires and saving lives, the fuel that keeps us going is, what’s on the kitchen table every night, and its called dinner.
The Fire Fighters Kitchen will be traveling to multiple Fire Stations across the country to reveal their home cooked recipes, and to learn about the lives, traditions, and stories of these Firehouses. So come join the Fire Fighters Kitchen and find out “What’s For Dinner?”
