Whiskey - Marinated Steak

This comes for the Firehouse in Knoxville, Tennessee.  It's been a station favorite for more than 5 years when firefighter Ted Hustud discovered it while he was vacationing with his family in Maine.   With a few additions to the ingredients this is their best version.  What's for Dinner?
