Ingredients:
2 tablespoons Margarine
4 tablespoons chili powder
2 24-ounce cans of Tomatoes
2 30-ounce cans of chili beans
4 dashes of Worcestershire sauce
2 pounds ground beef
1 tablespoon sugar
2 onions - chopped
salt and pepper
- Melt margarine in large skillet.
- Crumble and brown the beef, adding salt and pepper to taste.
- Skim off excess fat.
- Add Worcestershire sauce, chili pepper, sugar, onions.
- Continue cooking until onions are almost done.
- Chop tomatoes and add them along with the beans.
- Bring mixture to a boil, then lower heat to simmer for about 1 hour before serving.
